We haven't ever tried this recipe with chicken leg quarters. The cooking time might be similar, but I can't say for sure without testing it first. You will want to watch it closely the first time you make it and use a meat thermometer so you can know how to adjust the cooking time. If you give it a try, let us know how it goes!

Hi Elisabeth!
Cooking time should be about the same. Just keep an eye on it the first time you cook it. Cook until the thighs are fork tender.

Enjoy!

Hi Kathy!
You could definitely use them, however, the cooking time will likely be reduced. Just keep an eye on it the first time you cook it to make sure you don't dry out the chicken breasts. Enjoy!

I’m not a big checker leg fan, much prefer the thighs. I’m not much of a cook either, what adjustments would I need to make for thighs, please?
