Do you happen to have your manual or know what your slow cooker is called so you can look up the manual online? If not, I would need a little more information. If it only has a 4 hour setting and an 8 hour setting, I would guess that the 4 hour setting is high and the 8 hour setting is low. However, if it has more settings, I&#039;m not sure.
