					<description><![CDATA[I made this today. It is good but I feel like it needs salt or spices or something more. I may try it again and use cream of celery or mushroom soup instead. Or maybe Rotel with green chili’s instead of regular diced tomatoes. Either way it’s still a good recipe. Maybe adding some garlic or Italian seasoning would make the flavor pop more. Hi Pat!

The original recipe actually calls for cooking it with whole chicken breasts (and cutting up after cooking), so the zucchini should be fine. Even with leaving the chicken breasts whole, you won&#039;t be cooking this 8 hours because that would dry out your chicken. Hope that helps. Enjoy!
