Sorry about that Jim! Mikey was correct. I have fixed the recipe. When you uncover you flip it to low. Doubling in a 5 quart may take less time because even at double I am not sure it will be full enough to slow the cooking time. I would definitely be checking it occasionally when you stir and it may be quite toasted by 90 min mark.
