I wouldn&#039;t recommend it because you will want to drain your meat after it cooks before adding the sauce. I&#039;m afraid skipping that step might give them an oily mouth feel... The Salisbury steak works more like meatloaf because the end result is a patty. However, if you do give it a try, I&#039;d love to hear how it goes!
