Quick and easy recipe. Great flavor. Everyone enjoyed and this will become a keeper for us 👍🏻👍🏻”

-Karen

“This was a hit, a little less chicken broth so the stuffing is drier will be done next time. But great flavor! Yummy!”

-Tanya

“I use water for stuffing and I cook 1 hour so the pork chops just shreds when you touch with fork. But still succulent. Your recipe is the only one that does it right! Most say soup mix on top and it destroys the stuffing, I also add green beans to soup to get them veggies in and flavor meat with bay leaves and thyme.”

Made this tonight for dinner. Only thing I did differently was add a bag of frozen mixed veggies under the stuffing….soooooo good!! Perfect for a quick dinner on a cold Vermont night! This is most definitely going into the recipe box, thank you!

I do not have a convection/air fryer oven, so I do not know how the cooking time or temperature would need to be adjusted to adapt this recipe for that appliance. If you give it a try, let me know how it goes!

I have served this recipe as leftovers before with great success. So, I think you could probably make it ahead of time and serve it reheated. If you give it a try, let me know how it goes.

Do you have a recommendation for a different soup other than cream of mushroom? Both of my boys hate mushrooms. Do you think cream of chicken would work?

I haven’t tried this with anything other than cream of mushroom, but I think cream of chicken might work or cream of celery might work well. If you give it a try, let me know how it turns out.

I used milk with the cream of mushroom soup without reading and it’s currently in the oven. I’m now afraid of how my cornbread stuffing is going to taste since the milk willl most likely absorb some into it!

When I made this, I covered it with foil before baking. I am not sure how it would do without being covered. If you give it a try without being covered, let me know how it goes.

I have used Stove Top or the generic Kroger brand with this recipe. Both have worked well. I hope that helps. Enjoy!

I doubled this and used cream of mushroom and shiitake cream of mushrooms soups. Yum! One of each. I used 2 boxes of pork flavored stuffing and 3 cups of water. Box said 1 1/2 c for one box so I’m hoping not too soupy. Buttered pan, Peppered and garlic powder the chops, 2 cans soup, 2 boxes stuffing 3 c water and on the very top cut up a stick of butter, covered with foil and cooked just like you said. Yummy and delicious and will do again.

It depends on how you like your stuffing. If you like it drier, I would warm up in an oven safe dish in the microwave until mostly heated. Then I would pop it in the oven for a bit until it is heated all the way through and the stuffing is the desired texture. If you like your stuffing more moist, I would just heat it up in the microwave with a cover over the dish. Enjoy!

I made this with pork chops and I used 2 cups of chicken broth I wished I had used less but it was very good I guess we like our dressing a little dryer so I just now put it in the oven but I used chicken and I only used one and a half cups chicken broth. I am thinking it will be as yummy as it was with the pork chops
