Ingredients
2lbsFlat Iron Steak or Other Stir Fry Type Beef Sliced Thin
Cook beef in a large skillet (or browning slow cooker) in oil with garlic and ginger until browned.
Pour into a 6 quart slow cooker and stir in one bottle of P.F. Chang’s® Mongolian BBQ Home Menu Sauce and 1/2 Cup La Choy Soy Sauce.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Stir in second bottle of P.F. Chang’s® Mongolian BBQ Home Menu Sauce.
Serve over Steamed Broccoli or Rice and top with Green Onions.
