Crock Pot Pecan Pie Cake
This Crock Pot Pecan Pie Cake is so delicious! It is the perfect dessert to take to your next party, pitch-in or potluck! Everyone will be glad you did!
Mix together your pecans, brown sugar and flour in a bowl
In a different, large bowl, beat your eggs until they start to foam a bit
Mix in your butter, followed by your pecan mixture, stirring until everything is just moistened
Spray your 6-quart slow cooker (I used Sir Hamilton, my trusty
Hamilton Beach Programmable Insulated Slow Cooker
) lightly with cooking spray and spoon in your batter
Cover and cook on high for 1.5-2 hours
Cut and sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired, before serving
This cake doesn't have a ton of liquid in it, so I didn't use paper towels under the lid. If it makes you feel better, go ahead and use paper towels under the lid!
As with any of our recipes, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly depending on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline and should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
