Crock Pot Apple Crumble Cobbler

Ingredients

large apples
peeled, cored, and sliced

teaspoons
cinnamon
1/4
teaspoons
nutmeg

eggs
beaten
3/4
cup
milk
2
teaspoons
vanilla extract
3/4
cup
sugar

Tablespoons
butter
softened, divided
1.5
cups
Bisquick or biscuit baking mix equivalent
divided
1/3
cup
brown sugar
packed
Instructions
Peel, core and slice 3-4 large apples
Toss apple slices with cinnamon and nutmeg
Spread them out evenly in a lightly greased crock pot
Beat two eggs in a bowl, add milk, vanilla, sugar, 2 T of butter and 3/4 c of Bisquick and mix well
Pour the batter over apples
Combine brown sugar, remaining Bisquick and cut in remaining butter until crumbly
Spoon crumbs over batter
Do NOT stir
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 2 1/2 - 3 hours
