Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients

whole chicken wings
1.25
cups
Frank's Hot Sauce
or favorite hot sauce, divided
1.25
cups
butter
divided
1
cup
beer
Instructions
Cut wings in two
Place wings in crock pot
Melt one cup of butter into one cup of hot sauce and stir until completely combined
Stir one cup of beer into sauce
Pour sauce over wings
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours
Turn on your broiler
Melt 1/4 cup butter into 1/4 cup hot sauce and stir
Spread wings out evenly on a broiler pan and coat generously with sauce
Place wings in broiler for 4-5 minutes, checking frequently so they don't burn
