Crock Pot Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes
  • 1/4 c water
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t pepper
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • 1 t dried minced onion
  • 1 t Italian seasoning
  • 1 t dried parsley
  • 1/2 t dill weed
  • 1/4 c butter

Instructions

  • Peel potatoes and cut into wedges
  • Place potatoes in bottom of slow cooker
  • Pour water over potatoes
  • Sprinkle the potatoes with all the seasonings evenly
  • Stir to coat all the potato wedges with all seasonings
  • Cut butter into small pieces
  • Place butter evenly across potatoes
  • Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours
