Are you looking for an easy dinner recipe for slow cookers? Our Crock Pot Mississippi Pork Chops are so easy to throw together and an instant family favorite.
Cook for 2 1/2 hrs on high or until pork is tender.
Notes
We used boneless pork chops (medium thickness), but you could use bone-in chops. They may just take a little longer.
You might notice that we use pepperoncini juice in our recipe. We just get that from our jar of pepperoncini peppers. We like using it because it gives added flavor.
You can use any brown gravy packet in this dish. We have used mushroom gravy, au jus gravy and regular brown gravy and all have turned out great.
As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. Your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
