Need an easy recipe to throw together that still looks all fancy? Look no further! This Creamy Ranch Crock Pot Pork Loin is super easy with a little flare!
Slice your loin longways in about a third of a way down but not all the way through. Lay the cut side flat, then cut the remaining 2/3 part in the middle but not all the way through and lay flat
Mix together your cream cheese and ranch dressing mix and spread on your laid flat loin
Roll up your pork loin and tie with kitchen twine
Place your loin in your 6-quart crock pot, cover and cook on low for 4 hours
Remove the kitchen twine, slice and serve
Notes
Michael got a killer deal on some tenderloins ($1/lb!!!), so I used a tenderloin. You can use a tenderloin or a loin, whatever floats your boat!
