Put 2 cups of your corn in a blender or food processor and chop coarsely
Melt your butter in a small pan over medium heat on the stove
Add in your onions and cook until they are tender (around 5 minutes or so)
Stir in your flour
Pour in your milk and stir continually while it comes to a boil and thickens
Mix together all of your ingredients in a crock pot
Cover and cook on low for 3.5-4 hours or high for 1.5-2 hours (When it is golden around the edges and hot and bubbly, it is done)
