This recipe combines two of my favorite things! When you put together a cheeseburger and meatloaf, you get this delicious Crock Pot Cheeseburger Meatloaf!
In a large bowl, mix together all of your ingredients except for your cheese and garnish.
Press out into a large rectangle on a piece of lightly greased wax paper.
Sprinkle on your cheese, leaving a 3/4 inch border all the way around.
Starting at one of the short ends, roll up like a jelly roll and pinch each end to close it up.
Place your roll in a 6-quart crock pot and press into a meatloaf shape.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
Garnish with your favorite cheeseburger toppings or eat it as is!
Notes
As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly depending on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline and should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
