Dredge your chops through your flour mixture so that they are coated well.
Place coated pork chops in the bottom of a lightly greased 4-quart crock pot.
Mix together 1/2-1 cup of your flour mixture with equal parts milk and gently pour around your chops.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, until our chops reach safe internal temperature.
Notes
If you want more of a gravy, you will want to use 1 cup of flour mixture and 1 cup of milk as your measurements. If you want more of a coating instead of a gravy, then use 1/2 cup of each instead.
