Electric Pressure Cooker Creamy Garlic Parmesan Wings
These Electric Pressure Cooker Creamy Garlic Parmesan Wings are easy to make and low carb! Make them in your Ninja Foodi, Instant Pot of Crock Pot Express!
Place trivet or steamer rack on lowest position in your electric pressure cooker.
Pour water in pot
Add frozen wings.
Cook under high pressure for 12 minutes
Natural release for 15 minutes and then flip to quick release.
Carefully remove wings from pressure cooker.
Optional Crisping Step: If using a Ninja Foodi, remove juices from pot and put steamer rack in highest position. Then, cooking in batches, Air Crisp at 390 for 10 minutes. If using an oven broiler, place wings on a cookie sheet and broil until skin is crisp- watch closely.
Coat wings in sauce below before serving.
Garlic Parmesan Sauce
Mix broth and mayo together until smooth.
Whisk in vinegar and then add garlic and Parmesan.
Salt and Pepper to taste

If you are using an 8-quart Instant Pot, you may need to use a half cup more liquid to make sure your Instant Pot will come up to pressure.
