Season chicken legs well with steak seasoning and place on top of veggies.
Top with rosemary sprigs, if desired
Seal and cook on manual high for 10 minutes.
Natural release for 15 minutes, then quick release
If desired, place chicken legs on a cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil and broil for 30-90 seconds to crisp up the skin (watch CLOSELY, do not walk away!).
Notes
If you live in an area where fresh rosemary is not available, like me, then you can omit it. However, if you are fortunate enough to have it available, I highly recommend using it!
The broiling step is to help crisp up the skin. That is totally up to you and your preference. However, you will want to watch it continually. Do NOT walk away from your oven. The broiler can take a recipe from perfection to disaster in a blink of an eye! And we all want perfection!

Finally, all electric pressure cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own electric pressure cooker and time adjusted as needed.
