This Instant Pot Strawberry Compote recipe gives you a quick way to make a delicious topping for everything from pancakes to waffles to cake to ice cream and more!

Instructions
Place your quartered strawberries, orange juice and sugar in a 6 quart instant pot and stir gently until well combined
Seal and cook on high pressure for 1 minute
Natural release for 10 minutes
Mix together your water and cornstarch
Pour this mixture into your instant pot and stir
Put your instant pot on saute and stir frequently until it is a little thinner than desired (it will thicken more as it cools).
Serve over ice cream, pancakes, waffles, pastries, cheesecake, cake or anything else you want!
