Low Carb Electric Pressure Cooker Bacon Cheeseburger Soup
Our Electric Pressure Cooker Bacon Cheeseburger Soup (Low Carb) is one of our favorite soups to make in our Instant Pot and Ninja Foodi. The flavor of this soup is absolutely fantastic!

Instructions
If using a Ninja Foodi, air fry bacon on the metal rack or air frying basket at 360 for 12-14 minutes and carefully remove from the pot. If using an Instant Pot, fry bacon on saute feature and remove from the pot.
Fry ground beef in the bacon fat on the saute feature. Drain and return the beef to the pot.
Pour broth, pickle juice, celery, carrot, dill, white parts of the green onion into the pot.
Cook under high pressure for 15 minutes and naturally release for 10 minutes.
Stir in cream cheese and cheddar cheese until melted.
Add heavy cream and stir.
Serve in bowls and top with bacon, the remaining green onion, pickles and additional garnish.
