Put in enough water to cover your potatoes and stir around your potatoes to make sure none are stuck to the bottom.
Seal and cook on manual, high pressure for 2 minutes.
Natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release.
Drain the water off of your potatoes and return them to your Instant Pot
Stir in the remaining ingredients until your cheese and butter have fully melted and all is combined well (the potatoes will mash as they are being stirred)

I love this little gadget to make straining a breeze! You still have to wash it, but it it takes up a lot less space in my dishwasher than a colander!
