In a medium bowl, mix together 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup self-rising flour and 1 cup milk until well blended
Pour the mixture into your crock pot
In a large bowl, combine 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 cup sugar, 9 tablespoons self-rising flour and your 4 cans of peaches, using the juices of 2 cans and draining the other 2 cans before adding them, mixing them together until well blended.
Pour your peach mixture on top of your crust mixture
Place a few paper towels tightly under the lid of your crock pot, cover and cook on high for 1.5-2.5 hours, turning halfway through if your crock pot doesn't cook evenly
Once your cobbler has set, remove your crock pot insert and place on a heat safe surface and remove the lid. Let it set for about 5 minutes until the edges pull slightly away from the insert.
