This Chili Cheese Casserole recipe for your oven is super simple and a real crowd pleaser! It is great for a quick weeknight meal or to bring to a potluck!
Brown ground beef with onion and garlic and drain.
Combine ground beef with tomato sauce, chili and mushrooms (if desired).
Spray your 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Layer two tortillas to cover the bottom of your baking dish.
Put 1/3 of your beef mixture on the tortillas.
Put 1 Cup of the cheese on top of the meat.
Repeat layers two more times (3 total layers)
Top cheese with olives (if desired) and drizzle the beef broth on top of the casserole.
Place in oven for 15 minutes, until cheese is completely melted
