This dish can be made on a traditional grill or the indoor Ninja Foodi Grill, it is up to you!
We use boneless skinless chicken thighs. You can use other cuts of chicken, however, cooking times will vary. We like to grill our chicken to an internal temperature of at least 170 for texture.
If you struggle with grilling chicken or other meats, we highly recommend getting a meat thermometer. Under-cooking is dangerous and over-cooking can make your final dish tough and dry. A meat thermometer can help you get a tender and juicy result every time!
