This Crock Pot Chicken Biscuit Casserole is a delicious comfort food recipe based on our beloved Crock Pot Hamburger Casserole. It is delicious and comforting!
Mix together your water and gravy mix until completely combined
Pour mixture over chicken evenly
Top with your biscuits
Place a few paper towels on top of your slow cooker insert and top with the lid, pulling the edges of the paper towels to make sure they are not drooping in the middle. (The paper towels keep condensation from dripping onto the biscuits)
Cook for approximately 3 hours on low, turning your insert halfway through if your crock pot doesn't cook evenly.
Let your dish cool, uncovered, for approximately 10-15 minutes before serving.
