1lbhot dogssliced
7.5oztube refrigerated biscuitsquartered
Instructions
Mix together your ground beef, beans, seasoning, hot dog slices and soup in your 4-quart crock pot (use a crock pot with a broiler safe insert) until well combined
Top with quartered biscuits and sprinkle with cheese
Place a couple of paper towels snuggly under the lid to catch any condensation, cover and cook on high for 2 hours, turning your insert halfway through if your slow cooker doesn't cook evenly (it is done when the biscuits have plumped up and cooked through
If desired, sprinkle a little more cheese on top and place your insert in your oven with the broiler on high for 1-3 minutes, until your cheese has melted and the biscuits have browned up and serve warm
