Instructions
Trim asparagus by gently snapping ends off where they naturally break.
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees and then place asparagus in a mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil, tossing to coat and season with salt.
Taking 3 asparagus at a time, wrap a bacon slice around each group of 3 and place in air fryer basket. Make sure to spread them out and cook in batches if needed.
Cook at 400 for 10 minutes and then carefully turn them over and air fry for an additional 2-5 minutes until bacon and asparagus reach desired doneness.
Plate and if desired, garnish with Parmesan cheese shavings.

Notes
We prefer to make these bundles in our Ninja Foodi Air Fry Oven because we can spread them out nicely in the air fry tray and cook them all in a single batch. You can use any air fryer, however, make sure they are spread out and cook in batches if necessary to allow the air to circulate well during cooking.
Cooking times will vary depending on the thickness of your bacon and diameter of your asparagus. Always keep a close eye on them while air frying.
If your unit tends to smoke when cooking bacon, it will likely smoke while cooking this dish. Add a little water to the drippings pan to help reduce smoke. If using the same air fry oven we do, you can use the cooking tray as a drip pan to protect your elements.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
Finally, all air fryers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own air fryer and time adjusted as needed.
