Put all of your ingredients, except for your caramel topping, in a bowl and mix well
Spray your 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray
Spoon your batter into your baking dish and spread evenly
Place in oven for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through your cooking time if your oven doesn't cook evenly
Serve your cake warm with your caramel topping drizzled over top
