Place your pork in the bottom of your 4-quart crock pot
Top with bbq sauce and cream cheese
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, until your pork is easily shredded with two forks
Remove your pork from your crock pot, place in a large bowl and shred with 2 forks while your meat is still hot
Use a wooden spoon to smush your blocks of cream cheese so that it will blend more easily
Wisk your cream cheese into your bbq sauce
Add your pork back into your sauce and stir until your pork is all well coated
Serve on a bun, wrap or alone
