Place your meatballs in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish then cover with ravioli and pizza sauce.
Top with mushrooms, if desired.
Cover pan with foil and place in preheated oven for 50 minutes (turning halfway through if your oven does not cook evenly)
Take your baking dish out of the oven, remove foil and top with cheese and place back in oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly
Top with shredded Parmesan, if desired
