Mix together your pecans, brown sugar and flour in a bowl
In a different, large bowl, beat your eggs until they start to foam a bit
Mix in your butter, followed by your pecan mixture, stirring until well combined
Pour your batter into a lightly greased 8 x 8 baking dish
Place in over for 35 minutes, turning halfway through if your oven does not cook evenly
Cut and sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired, before serving
