Season with salt (lightly), pepper and poultry seasoning
The pour your broth into the slow cooker and cover.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or until turkey is tender enough to shred with a fork.
Remove turkey and shred with forks or in a mixer.
Return turkey to slow cooker and add noodles.
Cover and cook on high for 60-90 minutes until noodles are tender.
Check for seasoning and add more salt and pepper if needed.
