Notes
Bone-in Pork Chops will take longer to cook than boneless chops.
Unless a recipe specifies the thickness of a chop, assume it means a medium thickness of around 3/4 inch.
The thickness of your pork chop matters. Thin pork chops will cook up way faster than thicker versions. Reduce cooking times for thin chops, use cooking thermometers for thick chops. (Note: The Ninja Foodi Grill Smart XL version has a built in thermometer.)
If you struggle with tough pork chops, try cooking them to 145 degrees and let them rest for 3 minutes before cutting into them. It is okay if there is a little pink hue to the meat.
We like to use the Ninja Foodi Grill as an indoor option for our grill recipes.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All grills cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own grill and time adjusted as needed.
