Place your potatoes in the bottom of your stock pot
Top with your onion
Add your sausage slices and green beans
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and red pepper
Over medium high heat, bring to a boil
Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are fork tender (approximately 10 minutes)
