Place your chicken in the bottom of a 4 quart slow cooker.
Sprinkle with seasonings.
Spoon soup over everything.
Spread frozen green beans on top.
Evenly place slices of butter on top of the green beans.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-3.5 hours.
With about 5 minutes remaining, layer your cheeses in this order: Pepper Jack, American, Mozzarella, recover and cook for 5 minutes until cheese are melted.
You can serve this layered, with the chicken topped by green beans and cheese OR you can place the on a servings plate, stir the sauce until well combined and spoon sauce and green beans over top.
