Ingredients
1lbground sausage(I used mild. You can use whatever flavor best suites your tastes.)
21.5ozcans Cheddar cheese soup(2-10.75 oz cans)
16ozjar chunky salsa
1.25cupswater
1.25cupsuncooked long cooking rice NOT minute rice
Instructions
Mix together all of your ingredients in your crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-2.5 hours, stirring occasionally. (It is done when the rice is tender.)
