10.5ozcan beefy mushroom soupdivided (If you can't find Beefy Mushroom Soup, you can substitute with Golden Mushroom Soup.)
1ozbrown gravy mix packet
1/4cupDried Minced Onion
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
Mix together your ground beef and beef broth in a mixing bowl, set aside.
Pour 1/2 cup of your soup in a measuring cup (that is larger than 1/2 cup) and stir in your brown gravy mix until well combined.
Add your eggs, dried minced onion, remaining soup and crackers to your beef mixture.
Press your beef mixture in the bottom of a 2.5 quart casserole dish.
Pour your gravy mixture over everything.
Cook for 1 hour, turning halfway through if your oven does not cook evenly.
