1/2cupButtercut into thin pats (You may use a little more or a little less depending on how your pats come out. You want enough thin pats to cover your entire dump cake.)
Instructions
Arrange your pop tarts in the bottom of a casserole crock pot or 6 quart slow cooker.
Evenly spread pie filling on top of pop tarts.
Pour out your caramel bits evenly on top of the pie filling.
Sprinkle your cake mix across the top of everything evenly.
Place thin butter pats across the top of your cake mix.
Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, turning your insert halfway through cooking if your crock pot does not cook evenly.
