Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium/high heat.
Brown all of your pork chops, about 3 minutes on each side.
Place your browned pork chops in a 6-quart crock pot or casserole crock pot, pouring the remaining butter/cooking juices over top.
Whisk together your melted butter and spices and pour evenly over your pork chops.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-2.5 hours. If possible, rotate the chops on top with the chops on bottom when you have about 30-45 minutes left in the cooking time. This will help make all the chops wonderfully juicy and tender.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
