This Crock Pot Meatball Tater Tot Casserole recipe is a quick and easy recipe to throw together that is hearty and delicious! It was an instant family favorite at my house!
Spread your thawed meatballs in the bottom of a lightly greased casserole crock pot or 6-quart slow cooker.
Pour your spaghetti sauce evenly over the top of the meatballs.
Sprinkle your cheese evenly over the top of the sauce.
Spread out your still frozen tater tots on top of everything.
Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours, turning your insert halfway through cooking if your slow cooker does not cook evenly.
If desired, and your insert is broiler safe, place casserole in broiler on high for 3-5 minutes until the tots have reached desired crispness and golden color. (Watch continually while broiling. Do not walk away. A recipe can go from perfection to burnt extremely quickly in a broiler.)

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
