Preheat your 7 quart air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 minutes.
In a bowl, mix together flour, ground red pepper and black pepper until well combined.
Pat 4 chicken tenders dry with a paper towel.
Lightly sprinkle seasoning salt on each side of each chicken tender and rub it in.
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil lightly over each side of each chicken tender and rub it in.
Lightly coat each chicken tender in the flour mixture (A thicker coating doesn't fry up as well.) and place in your air fryer basket so they are not touching.
Cook at 400 for 5-6 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes at 400.
Repeat steps 2-7 until all tenders are cooked.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
If you want a spicier chicken tender, you can up the ground red pepper and black pepper amounts. The most I have tried is 1 teaspoon each. They were quite hot to me with one teaspoon each, but I am very sensitive to spicy foods. Adjust as desired.
Make sure it is a thin coating of the flour mixture and not thick. A thin coating will give you plenty of flavor while still allowing for the outside to crisp up.

Finally, all air fryers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own air fryer and time adjusted as needed.
