Put all your ingredients in a 4 quart slow cooker, except your water and stir until everything is mixed well.
Add just enough water to barely cover your ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 1 hour and stir.
Continue cooking stirring every 30 minutes until the macaroni reaches the desired texture. (Watch it closely so you do not overcook your pasta.)
