Place your chicken in the bottom of your 4 quart crock pot.
Evenly put your cream cheese cubes, ranch mix and soup all over your chicken.
Crumble 6 of your pieces of bacon and sprinkle on top.
Cover and cook on low for 2-4 hours or high for 1-2 hours.
Remove your chicken from your crock pot and place on top of a bed of rice, if desired
Mix your sauce in your crock pot until smooth, spoon over chicken and rice and sprinkle servings with crumbles from remaining bacon.
