Place your cubed potatoes in the bottom of a 2.5 or 4 quart crock pot.
Sprinkle half of your bacon pieces on top.
Pour your green beans over top.
Sprinkle your salt, pepper, remaining bacon and minced garlic over everything.
Pour in your broth.
Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours, stirring halfway through cooking if possible.
Notes
If you haven't ever used bacon in a recipe like this, you will want to note that it will not look the same as when you fry bacon. It won't crisp up and get really dark in color like it does when you fry it. It will be soft and pink, but after cooking in a crock pot for as long as it takes for your potatoes to soften up, it is indeed cooked. It just looks different than when fried.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
