Wrap 2 to 3 pieces of bacon around each piece of chicken. (How many pieces per chicken will depend on how many pieces of bacon are in your pack.)
Place bacon wrapped chicken in a 9x13 baking dish lined with parchment paper (the parchment paper makes for easier clean up).
Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the top of your chicken.
Bake for 35-45 minutes, until the center of your chicken is at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit and your bacon has started to crisp.
Serve chicken with cooking juices spooned over top.
