Take a half slice of bacon, wrap it around one club cracker and place the cracker in your casserole crock pot.
Repeat for all crackers and half slices of bacon.
Using a 1/2 teaspoon measuring spoon, sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar on top of each bacon wrapped cracker.
Cover and cook on high for 2-2.5 hours, start the preheat of your broiler to high about 15 minutes before you are ready to put the bacon bites in.
Place bacon bites on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and put in your preheated broiler for 1-3 minutes, watching continually until they have reached your desired crispness.
Place bacon bites on a cooling rack for 5-10 minutes and serve.
