Place your cut up chicken in the bottom of a 6 quart crock pot.
Squeeze out the liquid of your thawed spinach.
Place your spinach on top of your chicken.
Put your remaining ingredients in a mixer and mix until completely combined.
Spoon your cream cheese mixture on top of everything and gently mix with your spinach and chicken with a stirring spatula until well combined, scraping the sides of your insert so there isn't any cream cheese mixture up on the sides above all the ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours, stirring once or twice throughout the cooking time.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
