Bring your broth, water and cream of mushroom soup to a boil.
Add your chicken, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, until your chicken is tender.
Remove your chicken and place it in a bowl, set aside.
Put your celery, green onions, garlic and mushrooms in your pot and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add your carrots and rice to your pot, stir for 1 minute, cover and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
While your pot is simmering, cut your chicken into bite size pieces or shred with two forks into bite size pieces, whichever you prefer.
Once your 20 minutes is up, remove your lid, add your chicken back to the soup, stir and serve.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. All stove tops cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own stove top and time adjusted as needed.
