In a small mixing bowl, whisk together your cheddar cheese soup and milk until combined and set aside.
Put your potato slices in the bottom of a lightly greased casserole crock pot or 6 quart slow cooker.
Pour your cheddar cheese soup mixture over your potatoes.
Lay your chicken tenders evenly across the top of everything.
Top everything evenly with your shredded cheddar followed by crumbled up crisped bacon.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or 3 to 4 hours on high, turning your insert halfway through cooking if your slow cooker doesn't cook evenly. It is done when you chicken and potatoes are fork tender.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
