Place your biscuit pieces in the bottom of a lightly greased 6 quart slow cooker.
Pour your pizza sauce evenly across the top of your biscuits.
Place your pineapple tibits and chopped Canadian bacon or ham evenly on top of the pizza sauce.
Sprinkle your shredded mozzarella on top of everything.
Cover and cook on low for 2.5 to 3.5 hours, turning your insert halfway through cooking if your slow cooker does not cook evenly.
Notes
Make sure you use a slow cooker you know does not cook hot. If your slow cooker cooks hot, the edges will burn before the center cooks completely.
